**This is a contract position receiving a 1099 miscellaneous for taxes**

Licensing Requirements:

COTA Active Texas State License

Position: Contract, will receive a 1099 MISC, for tax purposes.

-This is a home health job posting for a COTA, PRN. Austin, TX and greater areas such as Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Georgetown.

COTA must be willing and able to travel to patient's home and provide therapy implemented by a licensed Occupational Therapist and physician, based on patient's needs.

Requirements:

-Demonstrate outstanding care for patients

-Must have/obtain Professional Liability Insurance Policy

-Comply with company policies and procedures

-Communicate with OT, when needed.

-Current TB test, clear.

-Minimum of 2 year experience in home health

-Reliable form of transportation
