About This Position
The Counselor In Training (CIT) Director is responsible for all aspects of the Counselor in Training program at Wildwood. This person will act as a mentor to a group of 6 to 12 teens as they shadow counselors and gain the skills needed to be an effective counselor. They will meet with CIT’s daily to reflect on their experience, build leadership skills, and receive feedback. The CIT director must be a positive role model, mentor, and advocate for the teens in the program.
