Glacier is looking to add members to our Food and Beverage Team! We currently have the following opportunities available:

• Courtside Grill Server (Seasonal)

Glacier is a 1100-acre resort property with facilities that include: Two 18-hole golf courses, golf practice facility, two clubhouses, fitness center, three pools, two hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, courtside grill, snack shop and four comfort stations.

Server Essential Duties:

• Responsible for exceeding member and guest expectations by providing a friendly, prompt, and attentive service experience.
• Required to have an extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell additional menu items.
• Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local laws and regulations
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, and making change.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with a service focus
• Ability to work in an environment that has constantly changing priorities
