Job Description:

CPQ Developer role focuses on the information technology CPQ application.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to focus on developing, implementing, and maintaining Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) functionality utilizing existing systems and architecture.

This role requires an individual to work closely with other members of the IT Team as well as other cross functional teams to design and enhance for utilization by the internal sales team within the Delivery Systems and Services (DS&S) Business Unit.
This role may also be engaged with additional support of downstream integrations with ERP, CRM, and other internally developed applications.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
• Design, deployment, and support of the Product Configurator, including core data and process modeling.
• Make technical recommendations to management regarding CPQ initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
• Ensure a high level of quality and consistency for all product configurations.
• Manage the testing and approval of product configurations across development environments.
• Work cross-functionally to process changes, structure new products and address issues concerning product configuration.
• Accountable for quality of own work; provides solutions to problems based on practice, existing precedents, or procedures; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
• Provide input to project team on schedule, issues and deliverables related to master product data management.
• Self-starter who works with moderate direction, who can apply CPQ best practices and identify issues/problems and proactively address.
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors in information technology, Engineering, or 5+ years of CPQ experience
o (Preferable) 3 plus years of experience with a Product Configurator/CPQ Revalize Configure One
• Prior experience deploying a Product Configurator solution or equivalent experience enhancing an existing implementation.
• Ability to clearly define and communicate processes and translate requirements to technical solutions.
• A core understanding of manufacturing and assembly operations.
• A core understanding of Bills of Material.
• Foundational ERP knowledge.
• Capable communicator.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Familiarity with Understanding and familiarity of operating systems, networks, and multi-Tier application architectures in a distributed computing environment.
• Familiarity with modern software development life cycle (SDLC) practices.
• Should have functional understanding of the following:
o ERP – (SAP Preferred but not required)
o CRM – (SalesForce Preferred but not required)
o CPQ/Product Configurator – (Configure One Preferred but not required
o Development languages: C#, JavaScript, VBA and TSQL
• Knowledge and experience with the following helpful
o Dassault Systems SolidWorks (CAD & PDM) products o Microsoft Office products, automation experience desired
