Job Title: Creative Director with YouTube Automation and Filmmaking Experience

We seek a highly skilled Creative Director with experience in YouTube automation and filmmaking to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creative development and production of video content that effectively communicates our brand message and values to our target audience. They will also have experience with automation tools and platforms to optimize and streamline our YouTube content creation process. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop and produce compelling video content that aligns with our brand identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative strategies for our YouTube channel, including content development, audience growth, and monetization.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create engaging and impactful video content that resonates with our target audience.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for audience growth and engagement and to optimize content performance.
• Lead and managed a team of video editors, animators, and other creatives to deliver high-quality video content on time and on budget.
• Ensure that all video content is aligned with our brand identity and messaging and meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in YouTube automation, filmmaking, and video production.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative direction, YouTube automation, and filmmaking.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful YouTube channel strategies that drive audience growth and engagement.
• Strong understanding of YouTube best practices, including optimization for search and discovery, audience development, and monetization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
• Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field.
