Job Summary:

We are seeking a Credit Flow Middle Office Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling, protecting, improving, and connecting the global Financial Markets business across US, Europe and Asia. The candidate must be experienced in managing high performing global teams, understanding the Financial Markets business and front to back Operational processes.

• Provide leadership to direct and indirect reports.

• Ensure alignment with the Global Middle Office strategic roadmap and growth strategy.

• Drive global consistency and transparency through the Global Middle Office.

• Monitor, set, and achieve established department goals and manage resolution of issues and new business requests.

• Act as a single point of contact between Operations and local Desk Heads.

• Build team profile with the Front Office and act as the Trusted Advisor.

• Drive new business enablement and solutions and achieve regulatory compliance.

Skills and Experience:

• Analytical and process improvement mindset.

• Strong inter-personal skills, confident communicator able to adapt style to Front Office and offshore colleagues.

• Ability to influence demanding individuals, impact and gravitas to drive meetings with senior Ops and Front Office management.

• Demonstrate strong teamwork and values mindset, thrive on working in fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Fast learner with the ability to think out of the box and provide solutions.

• Proficient in Excel

Qualifications:

• University degree preferred.

• Proven track record of managing high performing global teams and client delivery.

• Deep understanding of Financial Markets business and front to back Operational processes.

• Domain expert of Derivatives and Cash products including characteristics, risk, market data and P&L.

• Industry connectivity and awareness of latest industry developments, including Regulatory direction.

Salary & Benefits

Expected annual base pay range for the role is $126,352 to $189,528. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location.
