Qualifications:

• Excellent attendance

• Appropriate following of safety rules
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team; work well with others and must show enthusiasm, initiate and pride in work

• Demonstrate ability to complete necessary paperwork
• Written communication, organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities, detail oriented and the ability to communicate with others
• Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions and interpret departments operating standards

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform all job functions
• Have knowledge of all operating equipment
• Assist supervisor in any department tasks
• Manage and track production
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist in making daily job assignments
• Maintain positive work environment for all employee
• Ensure all Quality procedures are followed by each employee
• Maintain strict safety procedures for self, all employees and visitors within the area
• Assist and fill in on each job as needed
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Assist in keeping work areas in a clean and orderly manner
• Any other duties required by supervisor
