Our core services include property damage clean-up, and restoration/repair of all manner of property damage, including re-construction (commercial and residential) for buildings that have suffered events such as fire/smoke damage, water/sewage damage, and vandalism in commercial or residential locations. OVERVIEW OF JOB:
The Fire/Water/Mold Crew Chief oversees all aspects of Fire/Water damage mitigation/ restoration projects and mold remediation projects. Likewise, he/she manages all assigned production crews on such jobs. His/her responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction and project management. This front-line manager leads his/her team to operational excellence. Work time is mostly Monday – Friday, regular daytime business hours. Some after-hours, evenings, and weekends are required as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Help Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects
• Help Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors
• Document and/or review job files to support the services provided
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage production expenses
• Manage equipment and materials (assets)
• Follow and oversee safe work practices to OSHA and risk management guidelines

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

• IICRC WRT Certification or
• IICRC Carpet and Upholstery Certification
• Must be able to commit to working at least 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) plus work after hours when necessary, including evenings and weekends.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in water damage restoration, Or Carpet Cleaning
• Computer literate and quick learner in new applications
• Must be able to communicate well in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for our auto insurance
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Must have your own transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully pass a background check subject to applicable laws

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

PAY RANGE: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
