OVERVIEW OF JOB:
The Fire/Water/Mold Crew Chief oversees all aspects of Fire/Water damage mitigation/ restoration projects and mold remediation projects. Likewise, he/she manages all assigned production crews on such jobs. His/her responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction and project management. This front-line manager leads his/her team to operational excellence. Work time is mostly Monday – Friday, regular daytime business hours. Some after-hours, evenings, and weekends are required as needed.

- Help Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects
- Help Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors
- Document and/or review job files to support the services provided
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage production expenses
- Manage equipment and materials (assets)
- Follow and oversee safe work practices to OSHA and risk management guidelines
- IICRC WRT Certification or
- IICRC Carpet and Upholstery Certification
- Must be able to commit to working at least 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) plus work after hours when necessary, including evenings and weekends.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in water damage restoration, Or Carpet Cleaning
- Computer literate and quick learner in new applications
- Must be able to communicate well in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for our auto insurance
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must have your own transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to successfully pass a background check subject to applicable laws
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
PAY RANGE: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
