As the CRM Developer, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 through the creation of new entities, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards. You will perform unit testing, data migration activities, solution deployment and assist with user acceptance testing while providing on-going technical support for the Dynamics 365 platform. You will also manage the firm's Dynamics entity design for flexibility and scalability, helping to ensure data quality. You will also lead the technical design for the delivery of new capabilities and enhancements to the Dynamics 365 platform – facilitating business requirements gathering sessions, translating business requirements into appropriate solutions with the appropriate documentation and process flows.

You will collaborate across the IT team and support our people across all levels, providing user support and individualized training as requested facilitating continuous improvement workshops and design sessions. You will also mentor junior team members and provide guidance where needed.

What you bring to the role:

• Minimum of 5 years of configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Marketing with proficiency in the tools needed to customize Dynamics such as Microsoft .Net, C#, JavaScript.
• You are an active listener and communicate effectively. You can create, and present proposed solutions and process flows in clear and concise manner. Able to explain technical solutions in layman’s’ terms and bridge the gap between, technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in all aspects of Dynamics 365, including creating/modifying entities in the Common Data Service, forms, workflows, business rules, reports and dashboards.
• Experience with full life cycle to plan, execute, monitor, track and report projects using Agile or Waterfall development processes & techniques.
• Experience working with KingswaySoft or similar data integration tools
• Experience with Dynamics, ERP inbound/outbound integrations
• Solid database background building SQL Server-based solutions
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and Azure logic apps
• Bachelor’s Degree
