Location: We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager for our North America Venue Sales team. Remote
Salary Range: $67,500 - $118,200 + Bonus
Principal Function:
To support the Venue Sales (Private Event sales) organization and sales teams with maintaining, implementing, and developing Sodexo Live!'s Salesforce instance dedicated to the Venue Sales operation. Provide day-to-day user support with questions and issues related to the sales and marketing functions in Salesforce. This candidate will accelerate the deployment and provide support to the venues who converted to the new CRM solution, a critical role in the business is to manage and support the growing user base
Essential Responsibilities:
- Keep logs of bugs and development needs of the system and coordinate development with the global IT development team
- Connect and collaborate with other stakeholders of related IT systems (Finance, Catering Management, etc.)
- Be Project Manager on developments such as adding other databases and integrating connectors
- Lead implementation processes for new and existing venues
- Be a Change Agent for venues transitioning to Salesforce to ensure sales processes are adopted
- Continually improve the use of Salesforce including automating processes, identifying areas of improvement
- Perform new user and continuous education training to the teams
- Monitor data quality in partnership with business analysts
- Create and monitor dashboards and reporting function and provide meaningful insight to business stakeholders
- Work with VP, Venue Sales to design a development roadmap
- Manage integrated tools, like Marketing Automation and CSAT capabilities
- Know and follow existing business needs
Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrative customer focus and excellent service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills whilst being structured and detail-oriented
- Proven track record of successful technology deployments
- Strong experience with Salesforce systems optimizing user experience, and "experience managing SF projects with internal teams
- Ability to align and influence different stakeholders and work alongside other functions to achieve collective business objectives
- Solid experience in using CRM systems. Salesforce.com experience required
