Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services seeks an additional 2 CRNAs to join our growing anesthesia Practice at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital. This is a W2, Full-Time, Hospital-Employed opportunity at a Level II Trauma Center. Our collaborative, high-performing team manages a wide variety of cases and our leadership structure supports work-life balance.
Highlights/Qualified Candidates:

• Staffing model of 12 Anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs
• Broad Case mix with no restrictions to the practice includes trauma, obstetrics, cardiovascular, general surgery, and orthopedics
• Cardiac Experience is a plus. Eligible for additional compensation.
• Collaborative and cohesive team where CRNA input is accepted and valued.
• CRNAs are not micromanaged.
• Flexible scheduling of shifts to include 8, 10 & 12-hour shifts
• Able to perform regional blocks to support our robust opioid-sparing and ERAS programs
• Call for CRNAs twice a month by beeper to cover main and trauma.
• OB covered by 24-hour-inhouse CRNAs

Incentive/Benefits Package:

• Competitive base salary plus specialty skill stipends offered: Trauma, Peripheral Blocks, Complex Neuro, and Cardiac Cases.
• Premium pay for hours worked in excess of scheduled shift paid daily.
• Additional compensation for beeper calls with call back pay
• Start Date Bonus Available up to $45k with a 3-year commitment.

• The only Level II trauma center in Clay County
