Crossroads Impact Church is focused on fulfilling the Great Commission which focuses on both evangelism and discipleship. There is a passion to see un-churched people come to faith in Christ. A major evangelistic strategy is to envision and equip the church to share their faith with the people in their lives.

CIC is a young and growing healthy church in Windermere Florida. There is a strong core of volunteers who are committed to the vision of the church. Each core ministry is doing well and moving in a healthy direction of greater ministry impact.

CHURCH DESCRIPTION

Crossroads Impact Church (CIC) started out of a desire to fulfill the Great Commission with a focus on envisioning, equipping, and releasing every believer into their God-given ministry using their spiritual gifts. Services started in June of 2021. Small groups have been a major component of the ministry right from the start. In April 2022 the church moved to Sunday mornings in Windermere High School where they currently meet. Crossroads Impact has an average attendance of almost 400 people on Sunday mornings, and currently has 4 full-time and 4 part-time staff members.

Senior Pastor Ralph Howe has a background in professional golf and has been in vocational ministry for 20 years. He is a world-class Bible teacher and has a relational leadership style. Ralph has experience in large church staff positions as well as serving as an elder and teaching pastor in China for four years.

Crossroads Impact is actively involved with 16 local and global ministry organizations. The church has given out $275,000 in missions support in less than two years. CIC is known for sound teaching, a friendly environment, study trips to Israel and a commitment to discipleship.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The role of the worship ministry is to facilitate an environment free of distractions for people to worship in Spirit and Truth. Crossroads Impact Church strives for excellence free of performance and looks to put the attention on Jesus in every Sunday gathering.

The worship team is moderately healthy. They have a small core of talented, committed musicians who do an excellent job honoring the Lord with their gifts. CIC recently purchased new equipment to better support the worship experience, including a new Allen and Heath audio console, speakers, and in-ear monitors. The person who accepts the role of Worship Pastor will have the opportunity to develop the team relationally, musically, and spiritually to make a greater Kingdom Impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit, train and develop the worship arts team

• Spiritually disciple and grow volunteers and leaders

• Give high influence on church branding and creative endeavors
