CSR/Administrative Assistant
Job description
Small construction office is in need of filling two positions. One full time and one part time. One will cover 1st shift hours and One will cover 2nd shift hours as administrative assistant / project coordinator requiring a broad range of duties.
As a small business, everyone on staff works as a team to address a wide variety of tasks.
Fast-paced, professional, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, all required, and must be able to communicate effectively with both clients and our own people.
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office along with excellent computer skills. Construction office or dispatch or recruiting experience all helpful,
The ideal candidate will be extremely adaptable, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and will exceed the ordinary to support the business.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Greeting clients and vendors on the phone
- The ability to work well with other employees and make a great first impression to our clients
- Handle scheduling and some logistics
- Must have great communication and coordination with company personnel
- Responsible for typing correspondences, proposals and invoices, as well as setting up job files
- General administrative tasks including copying, filing, scanning, etc.
- Will learn how to complete building permits and also learn the filing processes with townships
Qualifications Required:
- 2 years of professional experience
- Type minimally up to 40 words per minute
- Professional sounding voice & appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Organized, on-time and able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
- Answer phones
- Must be self-starter able to work independently without constant supervision
- Attentive to detail and critical thinker
- Must be able to multitask efficiently in a face pace environment
- Must be able to retain information
- Open to improve and expand skill set and learn from those around them
- Willingness to work on large and small jobs, even when they do not seem glamorous
Preferred skills:
