▪︎ JOB DESCRIPTION: The MTBA (Medical Transportation Brokerage of Arizona) CSR will receive incoming phone calls from members of the following organizations that subsidize pre-qualified/contracted transportation:
▪︎ ADJC (Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections)
▪︎ AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost-Containment Services)
▪︎ DCS (Arizona Department of Child Safety)
▪︎ DES Arizona Department of Economic Security)
▪︎ Dial-a-Ride
▪︎ VA (Veterans Administration)
▪︎ Etc. The members of the aforementioned organizations have been qualified for non-emergency medical transportation.
TRAINING: 2-6 week training period in Phoenix or Tucson MTBA Call Center is required (depending on job trainee's individual learning curve). No Remote training is available; NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: The Call Center is open Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 10:00 pm and our priority is MTBA Call Center CSR job applicant placement. However, MTBA Remote CSR job opportunities also exist (M-F full time only; no 3rd shifts or weekend shifts; no exceptions).
Bilingual Spanish a plus
PLEASE NOTE: Our AAA Full Transportation Call Center has 3rd Shift and weekend CSR job opportunities (No AAA CSR-Remote; No exceptions).

PAY SCALE
Remote: $14.50 per hour
Call Center: $15.00 per hour
Bilingual: + $.50 per hour
Call Center/Bilingual/3rd Shift & Weekend: $15.50 per hour. FULL BENEFITS
