The salary range represented included our generous spiff and commission program.

Primary Purpose: A CSR / Sales Associate works from our Washougal hot tub showroom. Your primary role would be to answer the phone for our hot tub repair division and schedule requested services. In addition to this role you would assist customers that come into the showroom with chemicals and help customers that are interested in purchasing a hot tub. We compensate all employees with a generous spiff and commission program.

Responsibilities: (This list may not include all the duties assigned)

• Using our smart routing software to route and dispatch technicians to locations in an efficient manner.
• Building relationships with technicians to better understand what motivates them.
• Communicating with technicians and customers throughout the day via telephone, text messaging and email.
• Ordering needed parts and secheduling return visits as need.
• Assisting using the in store POS system to ring up customers for in store purchases (commission opportunity)
• Assisting customers in choosing a new hot tub (commission opportunity)

Basic Position Requirements:

Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
• Previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing the dispatch board for cancellations and schedule changes.
• All potential employees must submit to a criminal background check.

Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge Computer systems and software
• Knowledge of Pools or hot tubs a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, & Outlook

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer screen.
• Must be able to work various shifts during the hours of 9:30AM-6PM M-F, 10:30-5:30 Sat.

Pay: $17.50 - $24.00 per hour
