We’re hiring awesome part-time Team Members for work in Everett, WA and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for retirees, stay-at-home moms/dads, or anyone who would like to make some extra cash but don't require consistent work/schedule. Job Description:
- You deliver excellent customer service, while safely and efficiently helping clients downsize, relocate and liquidate through online and in-person estate sales. Every day is different. You truly make a difference in the lives of our clients every single day.
- We offer flexibility and part-time work with no required or guaranteed hours. Perfect for parents with school-aged kids, retirees, and for anyone with a busy schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages all CT Bids functions
- Ensure all lots are quality and properly listed
- Schedule calls with corporate
- Launches Sales
- Market Sales / All Email Campaigns
- Manages bidder questions / concerns
- Takes escalation calls regarding CT Bids
- Manages UPS vendor relations
- Ensures shipping is delivered to UPS by Friday afternoon (delegates as needed)
- Manages all payment collection for CT Bids / AR / Unpaid bidders
- Creates Sales Reports
- Drives growth of CT Bids
- Coordinate pickups (create Sign Up Genius, print out invoices, make pickup binder, bring pickup signs, bring shipping items to warehouse)
- Lotting fill in
- General training / CT Bids Training
- Generates and sends team member reports
- Manages team member lotting quality and communicates as needed
- Delegates re-lotting as needed
- Note that we are not movers! We use professional movers for furniture and items over 25 pounds.
- Follow best practices, health and safety requirements, and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Compassion and respect for clients and their families
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of cloud-based tools for time management, photo storage, et cetera.
- Ability to complete tasks and work in fast-paced, changing environments
- Willingness to work in cluttered and/or dirty environments. We provide work gloves, aprons, etc.
- Detail oriented, excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Punctual and attentive to detail
- Have transportation, and smartphone access for scheduling, timekeeping and project management
- Age 18 years or older with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must undergo a pre-employment background check
