What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct on-site assessments of homeowner's concerns as needed
- Coordinate, schedule and execute repairs through vendors
- Provide review and oversight for project schedule development and updates of those schedules
- Manage the customer experience throughout the entire repair process, including regular communications to keep them informed of progress and taking action and negotiating solutions to address any concerns
- Regular on-site interface with trade partners to provide support, and guidance until service requests are completed to customer satisfaction
Must have skills:
- 1-3 years of customer service and warranty experience or equivalent
- Proficiency in adapting to and working with diverse personality types
- Strong focus on quality of service and follow-up
- Good verbal and written communication
- Analytical skills for performing root cause analyses
- Basic construction knowledge and skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
