Our ideal candidate:

Is an organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to assist customers over the phone and email at our Corporate Headquarters, located in Honolulu. The position will also work closely with our Web and Phone Order Processing team. Jewelry experience is not required. While some Customer Service or Ecommerce experience is preferred, we will provide extensive training for the right applicant.

Must possess:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Utmost professionalism when speaking and corresponding with customers
• Computer and software proficiency

Must be:

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to use time efficiently
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
