We have a great opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Capital Sanitary's Des Moines office.

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the gatekeeper of the customer experience. This front desk position will greet incoming visitors, answer incoming calls, and take customer orders. Great communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction are some of the keys to succeeding in this position. Daily billing is also a part of this position's duties. General accounts receivable experience is beneficial. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
