In this position…
You’ll work with our all-star customer service team to handle customer inquiries over the phone and by email, then schedule our technicians’ work days accordingly. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, like social media correspondence, customer satisfaction assurance and more!
*We are not offering a remote position at this time. Applicants must be able to work in person at our Sacramento location
We are currently hiring for the following shift:
Wednesday - Sunday: 8am - 4:30pm
Required Experience and Attributes:
- At least 2 years in a Call Center or Customer Service position
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The drive to provide an exceptional customer experience!
Experience in these areas is a plus!
- Scheduling
- Dispatching
- Online CRM software (Jobber, Service Titan etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
