Job Title: Customer Management, Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Duties: Influence internal business partners to support Walmart and Frito Lay’s Growth agenda. Recommend improvements and implement new processes and programs where necessary based on consumer research. Develop and present Frito Lay’s Annual Operating Plan to Walmart and Frito Lay leadership teams. Promote Frito Lay’s latest Innovation, marketing programs, and strategic initiatives in order to Deliver Market share growth across salty and savory. Deliver Annual Net Revenue, Trade, and Expense budgets for the Walmart customer team. Deliver pricing strategies as part of the overall marketing and revenue management process. Lead full year customer negotiation and Joint Business Planning agenda. Develop annual promotion plan and ensure flawless execution through consistent customer engagement. Work closely with field retail team to ensure strong communication and execution of programs. Develop winning partnerships with customer and with internal PepsiCo stakeholders by influencing and penetrating multiple levels within both organizations. Be the Frito Lay contact for Walmart’s Single Serve Category Team and Merchant Team establishing position in the marketplace.


  • Telecommuting permitted up to 40%.

Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any field (employer will accept 3 year foreign Bachelor's degree) and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have four (4) years of experience in foods & beverages or consumer packaged goods industry. Must also have three (3) years experience in the following: Knowledge and deep understanding of the retail industry and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) systems; Expertise with expense management and/or managing a P&L; Experience in leading strategy and implementations, or managing enterprise-wide projects with cross-functional coordination; Experience creating presentations and presenting financial information, trends and strategies in a clear and succinct manner to senior audiences. Travel up to 40%, mostly domestic, some international.


Compensation and Benefits
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Expected salary range is $104,437 to $172,900 / year
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
