Responsibilities:
Reports to the Director of Operations
Manage all remote staff including Customer Support Representaties, Customer Service Manager and Project Managers
Oversee employee training and development to develop strengths and motivate employee success
Maintain open line of communication with staff
Adapt current or create new internal processes/procedures to streamline processes
Attend weekly management meetings
Prepare annual department labor budget
Provide programming support to customers and installation team
Solicit feedback from customers to advance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years experience in the access control industry
Demonstrates deep knowledge and understanding of the access control business
Minimum of 5 years management experience with some experience in team management
Familiarity with various project management software tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills including ability to present to a group
