This is an entry level opportunity.

Vacancy Details:

Customer Service Representative Functions:

A customer service representative will be able to build partnerships with new clients. The ideal candidate will be able to learn what the client needs via analysis and communication and deliver our best strategy. We are eagerly looking to hire a customer service representative to handle client and sales relations. Task list includes but not limited to:

• Customer satisfaction
• Contribute to stats data pertaining to new business as well as future goals for existing accounts.
• Enable retailer to execute sales goals
• Customer relations
• Daily Teamwork

Customer Service Requirements:

• Residing in the Orlando area and ready to work
• Bilingual Spanish and English speaking skills recommended
• HS Diploma/GED
• Immediate availability
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous sales experience is highly regarded
