Job description
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Input retail, wholesale and web orders into Shopify/FMP (Data entry)
- Customer reach out (Near end of shift, must complete customer call list to ensure orders are entered)
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
- Perform administrative tasks including filing and scanning
- Work with front office team to develop office procedures
- Order processing through vendor portals
- Must be able available 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Mon, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday through Friday
- Looking for team-oriented personality
- Strong product knowledge/brand awareness a plus
