RPM Staffing is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative in Plano, Texas!
Essential Functions of this position:

- Process fax, email and web orders by accurately entering customer account, pricing, billing and payment information into system
- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm and clarify order and billing information
- Assist with special projects that require accurate data entry and research
- New account creation and categorization within ERP system
- Communicates with Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing and Accounting departments regarding customer orders, back orders and pending orders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of computers, internet, web-based systems & Microsoft office business suite
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to demonstrate core values of curiosity, determination, discipline, and teamwork
- Ability to listen, learn and apply new knowledge quickly
- Ability to read, understand and accurately interpret both the oral and written word
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner
- Ability to analyze and effectively resolve customer problems and concerns
