Job Description – Customer Service Representative
Seeking an energetic individual to join our team at Alliance Animal Clinic!
A CSR handles all aspects of customer service and secretarial duties.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and valid Driver’s License. Applicants should be compassionate, able to multi-task efficiently and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds and follow detailed instructions.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Answering the phone, making appointments, taking messages.
-Greeting clients/patients.
-Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and reception area.
-Assist with inventory control.
-Invoicing, payments, updating client records.
-Daily deposits.
-Word processing and general secretarial duties.
Schedule:
-20-45 hours per week with some weekends and holidays required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
