Immediate need for a customer service professional to join their Union City location. This is an opportunity for someone who is seeking career stability with room for growth. This customer service position is responsible for the following but not limited to:

- Communicate with customers to answer questions, process returns via phone and email
- Answer inbound calls to process customer orders, assist with quotes
- Update and maintain client databases to ensure all information is accurate
- Ensure inventory is accurate and research any discrepancies as needed
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Assist with upselling products, gathering leads and being comfortable speaking to potential new customers
- Excellent customer service, great attention to detail, ensure timely turnaround
Skills:
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask, great attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish will be a big plus*
- Ability to work with computer applications, Microsoft Office Suite
- Someone who has experience with medical device is going to be a plus
