Job description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and providing general information about our services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services.
• Receive multiple phone calls to schedule appointments.
• Sort and open mail for three separate entities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year office experience.
• Must have QuickBooks and computer experience. (i.e. Microsoft Excell, Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
• MUST be able to multitask and work in a busy setting.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.
• Must be able to handle a high stress work environment.
