Primary Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones/emails/chats and providing customer support related to benefits and eligibility
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service to clients as assigned and requested
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients and team members
• Data entry
• Performing routine clerical functions such as scanning documents, copying, faxing, etc. as directed

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with benefit plans (e.g., insurance carrier/agency experience)
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology and systems
• Ability to work directly with clients and their employees

• Process-driven and excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work at a fast pace and with multiple tasks
• Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information is critical.
