CSR - Customer Service Representative
C&L Auto Body is a family owned MSO (multiple shop organization) with 9 locations in East Hanover, Kenvil, Morristown, Berkeley Heights, Sussex, Woodbridge, Plainfield, Washington and Hackettstown NJ. Due to our continued growth and expansion, C&L Auto Body of Berkeley Heights is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Repair coordinator for our flag ship shop. Ideal candidates should have the following skill set / experience:

- Prior experience coordinating repairs and schedule work flow for a high volume Auto Body Shop

- Prior experience working with various insurance companies (DRPs)

- Excellent organization and attention to detail

- Willingness to work in a team based setting

- Experience with CCC estimating platform, as well as Mitchell Connect

- Prior experience receiving, processing and reconciling payments

- Excellent customer communication skills

- Process oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
