What You’ll Be Doing

The Customer Service Representative will provide sales support from our office located in Bryan, Ohio to distributors and patients primarily located in Central and South America, Spain and Portugal.

• Supports distributors in assigned territory
• Represents organization at trade shows including international trade shows
• Visits distributors internationally and attends lectures
• Translates technical manuals and marketing materials from English to Spanish
• Provides phone support to Spanish speaking customers

Skills and Experience You’ll Need

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Associate degree in related field
• High proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English necessary
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Needs to be able to interpret from English-Spanish-English during the training of distributors

• Consistent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be organized
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well independently and as a group
