The signage, the shelving, the display vessels, the items used to prepare the food at the deli, right? That's what we sell! We're basically the behind-the-scenes product people for supermarkets, hotels, universities, and restaurants.

We're presenting an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will be able to plan and manage customer experience activities within a multi-channel contract center environment while achieving standards of excellence. The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in supporting the sales department while providing the highest level of service to our customers.
What you will do:
- Answer & properly handle inbound customer calls
- Reply to customer emails & chats professionally
- Create service tickets to ensure proper documentation and correct assignment of resolution responsibility
- Identify and enter leads from customer interactions
- Create quotes and enter orders accurately in our ERP system
- Follow and carry out customer specific instructions
- Develop collaborative relationships internally in support of Sales Departments growth strategies
- Maintain knowledge of product assortment and have the ability to explain FABs to customer
- Promote excellence by providing superior service to all accounts and customers

What we need:
- 3+ years experience in a multi-channel contact center/sales environment (B2B is a preference)
- College Degree is preferred
- PC literate, experience in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Resolve various service opportunities thru the application of an effective course of action
- Meet defined department standards
- Maintain good working relationships with customers, co-workers, management and vendors
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage a multi-task environment
