Inside Sales position for a heavy lifting hardware manufacturing company. Applicants must be willing to learn and be pleasant on the telephone. This is not a sales position that will typically require cold calling customers. Typical responsibilities will be answering the telephone, taking quote requests, answering customer questions, emailing customers, and processing orders. Applicants must be fluent in the Microsoft Office suite, be able to learn the company’s computer software system used for quoting and job tracking, and have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
