Today, Sheridan MN offers a complete book solution that encompasses printing and binding, fulfillment, eBook conversion, eCommerce solutions, and more—all in-house, all at competitive prices.

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to serve as the primary contact for fulfillment warehouse customers.

Primary hours are 7AM to 4PM Monday through Friday.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serve customers as primary contact and source of information on particular orders
• Service the customer by solving problems, gathering and transmitting information as needed and demanding the highest quality product
• Navigate Veracore software (inventory software)
• Keep accurate records on all jobs and customer contracts
• Verify billing from inventory and service vendors prior to sending to Accounts Payable
• Prepare and supply all billing information to Accounts Receivable
• Ensure all billing is completed in a fair and consistent manner within 24 hours from receipt of cost sheet
• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of Customer Service experience in a fulfillment warehouse setting
• Typing, computer and business correspondence skills
• Knowledge of customer service in a production environment

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
