Customer Service Representative
Job description
We are currently hiring for one part-time position for someone to be a floater between the Orange, TX store & the Lake Charles store. All training will take place in the Orange office. This job has a starting base pay of $9.50 per hour. Once you are fully trained, you will have a pay raise. You will work with customers and give customers information about products and services. You will help our customers pick out granite or quartz countertops, pick out cabinets, give estimates, take payments, create invoices, and other basic customer service jobs. Qualifications:
- Great at math - A lot of math goes into this job
- Punctual
- Awesome customer service skills
- Have experience with Word & Excel Spreadsheet
We are looking for someone to work part time (3-4 days a week) MUST be available for at least two Saturday's per month from 9am-5pm.
