Position Summary

Get on-track with a career at Trainz.com! We are seeking a bright, energetic Customer Service Representative for a full-time, permanent position, working out of our Buford office. The successful candidate will resolve customer service inquires and issues promptly, professionally, efficiently, and courteously.

Requirements

A candidate for this position must:

· Be a customer service advocate

· Type 50 words per minute

· Have great interpersonal skills and enjoy helping others

· Have experience in and be comfortable working with multiple CRM, Inventory, and business systems

· Have a laser-focused attention to detail, and the ability to learn complex processes and systems.

· Be detail oriented and highly motivated

· Possess the ability to think outside the box

· Be comfortable making decisions and resolving issues with minimal rules

· Have strong written and verbal communication skills

· Be able to work extended hours as needed

· Be assertive and mature, with good people/communication skills.

· Have a flexible “can-do” attitude and be willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks

· Have a questioning, analytical personality that is always looking for a better way to do things.

· Be efficient, neat and well organized.

· Be looking for a full-time permanent position

· Be able to pass our drug-free workplace screening

· Be a US Citizen or legally able to work in the US

The primarily responsibilities will be

· To empathize with our customers' questions or issues and provide them with the needed information or negotiate resolution that will resolve their situation within company guidelines.

· To answer incoming tickets, phone calls, chats, and voice mail messages and resolve them or route them to the appropriate department as necessary.

· To greet customers arriving in the lobby and help them with their order pickups.

· To issue refunds and adjustments to customers.

· To build great working relationships with all company departments.

· To obtain a base knowledge about model trains, being able to understand the basic relationships between different components, makes, and ages of model trains, and being able to assist walk-in customers with basic requests and questions.

· Be willing to assist other departments with order pulling and/or inventory counts, if needed.

· To work with I.T. and other internal teams to document new processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.

· To maintain a safe, clean, clutter free, and organized work environment.

We are a 60+ person team and we provide an informal work-environment, but it is fast-paced, high-tech, fun, and challenging.
