Job description
Our growing company is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our lawn care customers while handling bookkeeping tasks such as processing payments, billing, AR / AP and other financial tasks related to everyday operations. This position also answers phones, speaks with customers and potential customers, addresses customer issues, communicates with customers by email, maintains customer data, provides price quotes and sells services over the phone, processes paperwork and makes outbound calls to customers to follow-up on customer service, AR issues, concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is goal-oriented and hard-working.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is friendly, has excellent communication skills and strong computer skills including experience with Real Green's Service Assistant 4 or 5, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. QuickBooks proficiency and the ability to Multi Task IS REQUIRED. Training will be provided on our software. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable but not required.

- Takes inbound call from customers and potential customers
- Process payments and related account maintenance functions.
- Handle AR calling and management.
- Makes outbound calls to follow up on customer service concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sells services over the phone
- Maintains customer data records
- Processes paperwork from sales and service team members
