Fleet Management company in Ivyland is seeking exceptional, quick learning Customer Service Representatives to join their busy office.

Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00

Compensation based upon experience

.Requirements:

• Self-motivated and hands-on with strong attention to detail.
• Heavy phone usage.
• Job involves directing vehicles to mechanical shops based on the vehicle issue, and location.
• Discussing repair options and costs with the repair facility and the company Fleet Manager.
• Helping clients control repair costs.
• Ideal candidate should have experience in service writing, data entry.
• Communication skills a MUST.
• Friendly office environment.
• Insurance experience a plus!
