WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher for us, you will be the voice of our company! You get to provide superb support to our technicians and customer service clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and answer phones. You communicate with technicians and dispatch them maximizing time and mileage. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
- 2 years of experience in customer service and/or dispatching
- Flexible and willing to help the company grow our customer base
- Sales experience is a plus, but is not required!
