A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER

As a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, you are an important link between our customers and our company as you manage incoming calls. While speaking with our clients, you gather feedback so that we can better serve them in the future. You also provide solutions to problems, keep detailed records of your interactions, and generate sales leads. But your job isn't just about hitting targets. A people person, you go the extra mile to engage with our customers and ensure that they enjoy a quality customer experience every time. You feel great about helping our customers and contributing to our business in a huge way!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or client services experience
• Strong phone and active listening skills
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Experience with Service Titan would be a plus.)

Possession of a driver's license is preferred. Do you have excellent communication and presentation skills? Are you customer-oriented and eager to provide the best service possible?
