Here’s your opportunity:
Under direction from the Customer Service Supervisor, you will interact with customers and/or sales representatives to provide information regarding products and services. You will handle the more technical or complex service questions. You will work closely with team members, product management, manufacturing personnel and sales to meet customer needs and grow customer relationships. You will also respond to telephone, e-mail and facsimile inquiries in a fast-paced office environment.
**This role is located at our Menomonee Falls, WI location. Hybrid work options available once trained.
Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Professionally and expeditiously respond to various customer inquiries regarding general product
- Applies a high level of knowledge and judgement in resolving service, warranty or technical problems falling within established limits of authority and knowledge.
- Process order expedite requests from sales representatives and customers
- Work closely with production teams to meet customer deadlines.
- Process requests for credit memos, returns and invoices within corporate guidelines
- Provide assistance with tracking of shipments and providing freight related information according to
customer requests.
- Promote customer service excellence and positivity throughout the organization and continuously evaluate, identify and lead process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
