Job description

The CSR position is responsible for the complete Body shop front office operations associated with interfacing with our customers, vendors, insurance companies and teammates. This function requires strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and good decision-making skills. The most important element of this position is the constant interfacing with our customers and insurance companies. This position requires constant communication with estimators to insure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

The position of CSR reports directly to the body shop office Manager.

Daily Duties

• Dispatch and check in daily jobs to production.
• Prepare final billing for completed work orders.

Phones and front office coverage

• Taking tow-ins and issuing purchase orders
• Assist estimators in closing out paperwork promptly and notify management of issues.
• Scanning and shredding
• Schedule appointments for estimators as required.
• Provide direct administrative support for the Body Shop Director
• Provide direct administrative support for the Body Shop office Manager.
• Open daily work orders for appointments with estimators

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
