We are looking for Customer Service Representative with potential to get licensed as an agent later on. Associate will be responsible to handle service requests on inbound calls and for walk in customers. Other responsibilities may include making 40-80 outbound calls per day. Salary Range: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

• Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information
• Handle in person customer requests at the front desk of our office
• Complete vehicle photo inspections for customers
• Make 40-80 outbound calls per day
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage

• Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must
• Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple systems.

• Confident self - starter who works well independently
• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
