Responsibilities:
This is a fulltime temporary assignment to last 3 to 4 months. The Customer Service Representative Temp will assist the Customer Service team in various aspects that involve guiding customers through their orders via phone, email, or online chats. They will be able to provide superb customer service to our customers while also being able to troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and enters purchase orders into manufacturing data systems.
  • Generates Customer quotes, order verifications, drawing management
  • Acts as a communication point for all parties in processing, manufacturing and shipment of customer orders.
  • Maintains electronic customer files.
  • Works with internal partners on status of orders ensuring the delivery commitment to clients are met.
  • Handles outbound and inbound account management.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 transition / Project Highlite implementation
  • Data entry and creating travler or work order templates
  • Database support for production control
  • VOC and opern order report support
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • High school Diploma
  • 2-5 years progressive experience in a sales/inside sales environment.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Organize and prioritize work and make appropriate decisions.
  • Work under minimal supervision in a high-volume environment.
  • Read, write, speak and comprehend the English language.
  • See adequately to type, write, read and proof various documents.
  • Excellent time management/organization skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment.
  • Ability to handle conflict and deal with time constraints.
  • Ability to be a team player and work in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams promoting an environment of open communication and continuous improvement.


Salary Range: $25/hour, Monday - Friday, day shift
