Duties and Responsibilities:

• 2 years customer service/phone knowledge
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Initiates contact with customers in an effort to negotiate recovery of collateralized and non-collateralized balances
• Comply with all state and federal collection laws including FDCPA and company policies and procedures.
