Up to $17/hr* - based on leadership experience, availability & flexibility.

We are hiring for new positions in our Maple Grove & Plymouth stores (Mid-Day Shift, Closing Shift, Shift Lead and part time weekend positions). Strong communication, customer service & organization skills are required. Previous customer service and experience managing people is a huge plus!

This person may occasionally be asked to float to other nearby stores in Plymouth & Wayzata (all within 5 mile radius). Very competitive starting pay with ample opportunity for increased responsibility, promotion & pay increase.

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers to Tide Cleaners & the services we provide

- Open and/or Close the store (key holder), check out registers, daily deposits

- Assist customers picking up & dropping off their clothes throughout the day

- Communicate customer special requests to the operations / production manager

- Daily upkeep and light cleaning of the store throughout the day

Tide Cleaners Customer Service shift leaders are focused on the front of house customer service experience, interacting with customers picking up & dropping off their clothes. Your #1 priority will be ensuring a friendly, positive customer service experience for our Tide Cleaners’ clientele.

You must be great with customers, a natural conversationalist that has a consistently positive & upbeat attitude. At the same time, it will be helpful if you are computer savvy and a problem solver. We will provide you with hands on Tide Cleaners training and all of the tools you need to be successful and advance in our company.
