Hiring part time Customer Service Representatives to work in Edmond Call Center. We are located 2 miles from UCO campus. This is strictly customer service-no cold call sales!

Great job for students! Multiple shifts to work around your school schedule. We are open Monday through Saturdays.

Responsibilities

-Accept inbound calls to assist customers with their wireless phone service.

-Assist customers making payments

-Sell new wireless devices

-Device Troubleshooting

-General customer service

Skills Required:

-Excellent oral communication

-Customer Service Experience required

-Basic knowledge of cell phones

-Ability to problem solve and think independently

-Basic computer and telephone skills
