Panther Plumbing in Austell, GA is seeking to fill a full-time Customer Services Team Member / dispatcher position. In addition to a typical full-time schedule, you also participate in required on-call after hours every 3 weeks to dispatch calls. This position pays an industry-competitive wage of $35,000-$40,000 per year, based upon experience. Additionally, we offer our dispatchers some amazing benefits including:

Arriving each day ready to ensure the best scheduling possible for our technicians, you spend most of your time on the phone and at the computer. While scheduling is important, you know how to maximize it without slacking on customer service. As you use your friendly and capable demeanor to book or reschedule appointments, inform clients of delays or technician ETA's, you easily ensure the proper use of each technician's skill set and time.
