UniKue & OriJinal's is excited to be offering a position to the right candidate, willing to train the right candidate! We are located in the heart of downtown Bangor and are wanting to be open to the public 7 days a week. To do so we need at least 1 more member, potentially 2. UniKue & OriJinal's is seeking a Customer Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position is a customer-focused professional who is interested in a long-term part-time position and demonstrates strong customer service skills. The Customer Specialist will be asked to assist customers face to face and phone by responding to customer inquiries as well as completing transactions. The successful candidate should have a passion for offering exceptional customer support daily at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with any question, concerns, and or transactions.
• Keep track of and report on customer issues to help Owner improve on possible important issues.
• Understand and respond to customer concerns.
• Assist vendors in any and all ways possible .
• Know when to ask for help, and or for better instruction.
• Resolve customer issues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
