Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states to be eligible for hire: California, Florida, Vermont, Tennessee, Texas, New York, Washington, Nebraska, North Carolina, Arizona, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Missouri, Michigan, Massachusetts, or Illinois.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise customers and deliver technical presentations on the use of products or services.
- Serves clients by responding to service complaints, problems, and questions.
- May advise on requirements application of HR best practices and client policies
- Develops, implements, administers, and revises client experience by working with the VP of HR Consulting and the Operations Manager to improve client retention and overall satisfaction with HR services.
- Sustain and grow HR client business by providing fast and accurate answers to inquires and offering Asure products to fulfill client needs
- Provide solutions to clients who have complaints with HR services
- Analyze customer data to improve client experience and deliverables
- Work with the HRBP and HRC team to ensure client projects, training and inquires are resolved within a timely manner
- Assists with establishing and driving full-service clients’ human resources priorities.
- Effectively and completely records and tracks documents, client activities, contacts, and deadlines such that other Asure employees can locate and comprehend client incidents and issues. Ensures documentation serves two requirements: 1) serves clients, and 2) accurately documents Asure involvement.
Qualifications and Requirements: The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the duties. Reasonable accommodation will be made when appropriate.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, and four or more years of human resources experience and client relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification required, or ability to obtain certification within 12 months of employment.
- Computer literacy, accurate typing, and excellent Microsoft Office, e-mail, and research skills. Knowledge of XpertHR and SalesForce a plus as well as other HR systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve client complaints.
- Demonstrated ability to cross sell and up sell clients.
- Outstanding verbal and written ability to correspond with clients, stakeholders and the HR team
- Knowledge regarding local, state, and federal employment law and accepted human resources practices.
- Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to respond professionally to a wide variety of common and uncommon inquires and situations
- Initiative, good judgment, and a high standard of professional business ethics. Professional manner required in appearance, speech, and presentation of self and developed materials.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information received from clients and Asure.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions from clients and co-workers and easily adapt to ambiguous situations.
- Must be highly organized and work independently with a moderate level of supervision.
